Shared responsibilities

  • Reach out to various stakeholders, including faculty members, industry partners, and educational institutions, to foster collaborations and partnerships;
  • Promote and facilitate educational research projects within the faculty.

Steering and Management Committee

  • Guide the overall vision, mission, and strategic goals for STER;
  • Allocate support to various research initiatives and projects;
  • Maintain governance structures and protocols for the effective functioning of STER;

Research Coordinator:

  • Maintain the supportive infrastructure to facilitate research processes and workflows;
  • Act as a liaison to connect researchers with relevant resources and support networks;
  • Guide faculty members in initiating and conducting educational research;
  • Advise on theory, literature, methodology, and evaluation approaches for conducting educational research;
  • Inform STER members about potential grant opportunities and assist in the application process;
  • Support steering committee in organizing regular STER meetings to foster collaboration and share updates;

Members

  • Identify opportunities for educational research within their teaching domain;
  • Conduct and evaluate educational research projects and experiments;
  • Aim to publish the results of educational research in high-impact journals;
  • Actively participate in STER meetings and contribute to maintaining the platform;
  • Discuss and share research experiences and findings within STER;
  • Disseminate research results within and beyond UT through seminars, conferences, and other activities;
