Dear colleagues working on electrochemistry,
The Electrocatalysis UT Colloquium is organized every 4th Tuesday of the month. This is a new electrocatalysis platform for students, PhDs, and PostDocs at UT to connect and share their knowledge, experiences, and ‘troubles’ in electrochemistry-related research.
We will hold monthly lunch 1.5-hour meetings, where two speakers will present their research in a 30-minute talk, including discussion. The remaining time will be reserved for lunch and further discussions.
Starting in 2025, we will also welcome guest speakers from academia and industry, who will present current challenges in electrocatalysis, green hydrogen production, and related fields.
🔹 Upcoming event:
📅 February 25th 12:00 to 13:30 (Location Carré 2N)
⏰12:05-12:35 Dalia Leon-Chaparro
💼 PhD Candidate, PCS Group
🎤 Title: Determination of Proton Diffusion Coefficients through Al2O3 Ultrathin Layers via Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy
⏰12:40-13:30 Dr.Ing. Julio Garcia Navarro
💼 Program Manager Offshore Hydrogen, TNO
🎤 Title: Offshore Hydrogen Production in the Netherlands – Opportunities and Challenges
