Research Project 2 - Dynamic switches with molecules doping

Dynamic switches for brain-inspired computing, molecule-based. Unlike traditional electronic devices, molecular devices allow us to exploit the dynamic nature of molecules to create entirely new type of devices that mimic synaptic behaviour. We are developing new types of adaptive and switchable molecular materials that essentially learn like our synapses do. Recently HMOE reported the first molecular synapse, now we aim to improve device switching speed and stability by doping the molecules.
