Three-dimensional porous hollow fibre copper electrodes for efficient and high-rate electrochemical carbon dioxide reduction

This Nature Communications paper describes the use of copper hollow fibers as electrode materials for the electrocatalytic reduction of carbon dioxide to carbon monoxide.

These electrodes allow for exceptionally high Faradeic efficiency, while the hydrogen evolution reaction is suppressed.
