Thermography
Bring me to the available projects!
Thermography is the imaging of the temperature of the surface of objects. Thermal camera’s usually capture infrared radiation with wavelengths ranging between 9 and 14 μm. Physiological changes in the human body are often accompanied with a change in temperature. Therefore a thermal sensor or camera be used as a monitoring device for certain processes such as inflammation.
We investigate thermography for the following applications:
- Detection of diabetic foot ulcera
- Blood flow monitoring
