Yin Yoga is gentle yoga for learning to let go, has a harmonizing effect, but is no less intense than more dynamic forms of yoga. An asana is held for several minutes, which mainly trains the fascia and your patience. Especially in the hectic everyday life, the relaxing effect of Yin Yoga has a great benefit for your body and mind. Yin yoga can be a very good addition to a yang sport, such as running, swimming and fitness.
