Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a peaceful form of yoga for learning to let go, has a harmonizing and meditative effect but is no less intense than more dynamic forms of yoga. At this moment Yin yoga is the most popular style all over the world and that is not for nothing. An asana is held for several minutes, which mainly trains the fascia and your patience. In addition, time in the pose gives you opportunities to reflect and grow personally. Especially in our hectic everyday life, the relaxing effect of Yin Yoga is a benefit for your body and mind. Yin yoga can be a very good addition to a yang sport, such as running, swimming and fitness.
