New Sport Leisure Management system for Sports & Culture!

Last year CFM started the process for a new access registration and sales system for Sports and Culture. In cooperation with the Student Union and LISA we have chosen for the system Next Gen from Delcom. Seven other Universities in the Netherlands and Belgium preceded us and are also working with this system. With this system (sport) subscriptions can easily be purchased, sport activities can be booked fast, associations can do their member administration and access to the sports facilities can be arranged via this new system.

System implementation starts in early 2022
With the implementation of Next Gen, there will be a new self-service portal and an app to replace the current DMS portal. The new self-service portal and app will be a major improvement in terms of user-friendliness. The portal and app are expected to go live in February 2022.

In addition, a number of adjustments will be made in and around the Sports Centre for all visitors. These are mostly improvements aimed at security in the building and the use of the system. These adjustments are expected to be realized in May 2022.

What will you notice of these adjustments?

  • The self-service portal for sport reservations, purchase of subscriptions and courses will be a lot more modern and user-friendly.
  • By means of an app you can quickly and easily purchase your subscriptions and/or book sports activities.
  • Access to the halls and changing facilities will be restricted by means of an additional entrance gate. In the future, only visitors with a valid admission ticket will be able to use the facilities, and with this we hope to reduce the risk of theft.
  • The stands and the Sports Canteen will remain freely accessible.

We will keep you updated if there are new developments!
