New measures regarding COVID-19

Due to the new measures, announced by the national government, the Sports Centre will be checking athletes and other customers at the main entrance if they are allowed to enter the Sports Centre. Please be aware that this will be applicable starting Saturday 6 November 2021.

Below we have summarized how we will check our visitors.

  • Students of the University of Twente
If students are coming to the Sports Centre and would like to enter the building, they will be asked to bring and show their student card of the University of Twente at the main entrance. They will not be asked for a QR code.

Governement and UT guidelines have excluded students from the UT from showing their QR code. This has been decided because the Sports Centre is a building of the UT and for all UT buildings students are not required to show a QR code.

  • Employees of the University of Twente
If employees are coming to the Sports Centre and would like to enter the building, they will be asked to bring and show their employee card of the University of Twente at the main entrance. They will not be asked for a QR code.
