Test Subject Hours ('proefpersoon uren')

Part of the bachelor’s programme in Psychology is participating as a test subject in research activities carried out by researchers and senior students. By participating as a test subject, you get acquainted with various types of research and it offers you the possibility to prepare yourself for research activities conducted by yourself.

These so called Test Subject Hours are a mandatory part of your bachelor’s programme and consist of 15 hours in total, of which 10 hours have to be completed during the first year of the programme. The Test Subject Hours are organised and administered through the online application Sona Systems. Once you have accomplished 10 test subject hours, the component “Subject Hours B1” in your Study Progress Overview in Osiris will be marked as completed (“V”).
