"Is this it?". A frequent problem among starters: after an exciting and challenging start your dream job doesn't really match the dream. Your doubts about the job are rising until you start asking yourself the question: "Should I stay or should I go?". Job Crafting - literally modelling your job - could be the answer! Therefore the UT Young Alumni Network is organising a workshop Job Crafting on 25 June, which will be lead by UT expert on jobcrafting and alumnus (COM '00) dr. Mark van Vuuren.
