General

Note that all these programmes are provisional and can be adapted on details or subject to change. Furthermore admission to the master/premaster takes place after individual review by the admissions committee. The packages below mostly describe the options in case of a UT Bachelor’s degree. Premaster packages for other Dutch WO students will be derived from these packages in case of a similar background. More information can be requested from the master coordinator master-bit@utwente.nl. 

direct admission

• UT Business Information Technology
• UT Technical Computer Science: mandatory to take either ICT Management or Implementation of IT in Organisations in your master
• UT Industrial Management and Engineering: mandatory to take either Intro to Computer Science or Software management in your master
• Students from WO “Informatiekunde” in Groningen and Utrecht are usually eligible for direct admission

Recommended as minor:

Depending on your grades for the programming, math, AI parts of the Create programme Create students might be elgible for direct admission (possibly with homologation in programming), however the above is recommended.

UT AT

Recommended:

Note: AT-students are recommended to take additional statistics and probability, for example Statistics and probability theory (3EC, Q2) as math replacement.

UT ATLAS

Depending on their programme students from ATLAS take a combination of the programmes offered for Create and AT.

UT IBA

As a minor student can also take 202001060 Intro to BIT and 202001064 Software development, possibly with linear algebra.
