Education Exchange

Students from foreign programs might have the possibility to combine the wrap-up phase of their bachelor study with the start of their master study. This is the case for students from India (Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham University) and China (Northwestern Polytechnical University). The file below will give you insights into the programme and the procedure needed to follow this exchange program.

AMRITA 3+2 Programme

Students from the Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham University of India can participate in the 3+2 programme to combine the first year of their master study with the last year of their bachelor study.

NPU 3+1+1 Programme

Students from the Northwestern Polytechnical University can participate in the 3+1+1 combined Bachelor's/Master's programme to get both degrees in five years. During the first three years of the Bachelor study, you follow the normal course programme at NPU. The fourth year of the Bachelor study is taken at the University of Twente where you can take Master courses. The fifth and final year is also followed in Twente, where you are registered as a Master student.

  • Honors College: A programme containing courses comparable with the programmes above
