Ben Witvliet presented two papers at the URSI Atlantic Radio Science Meeting in Gran Canaria, Spain

Our postdoctoral researcher Ben Witvliet has presented his two paper entitled "Intended signals and ambient electromagnetic noise in HF spectrum management" and "The impact of solar flares on HF communications" at the URSI Atlantic Radio Science Meeting.
