Intorduction:

Benchmark is currently working on the development of algorithms to calculate the angle of a sound using a microphone array. As a start, we already created a first version of the algorithms as a Proof Of Concept. To be able to use these algorithms in a product, they need to be improved and ported to the Nvidia Jetson platform.

Description:

This assignment involves the following:

  • Research in and improvement of the audio beamforming algorithms and implement the updated version in our simulation environment.
  • Port the (current) algorithms to the Nvidia Jetson platform.

We are looking for a student

  • Who is in his/her bachelor/master of the program Embedded Systems, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or related.
  • Who is available for a graduation internship for at least 32 hours per week.
  • With an affinity for high tech.
  • With an entrepreneurial, accurate, curious and proactive mindset.
  • Who is flexible and enthusiastic.

Requirements:

You need embedded programming skills, or willingness to learn them.
