Amazing news! A paper from dr. Muhammad Shoaib - one of our former PhD students -, Hans Scholten and Paul Havinga was awarded the Test-of-Time Paper award of the IEEE International Conference on Ubiquitous Intelligence and Computing (UIC)!
The IEEE Test-of-Time Award recognizes research that has had long-lasting influence, and is an accolade given to recognize articles published at previous conferences whose contents are still vibrant and useful today and have had a major impact and influence within and beyond the ubiquitous computing community.
To celebrate the 20th of the series of the IEEE International Conference on Ubiquitous Intelligence and Computing (UIC), a special committee selected the paper from Muhammad Shoaib published in 2013:
The award was given on August 30, 2023 during the IEEE Ubiquitous Intelligence and Computing conference -2023 in Portsmouth, UK.
This is an amazing achievement, congratulations to Shoaib are well deserved.
