The NanoElectronics group congratulates recent graduate Jordi Hendrix with winning the Best Research award for an outstanding thesis in BSc Electrical Engineering. In his bachelor assignment with NE, Jordi was tasked with modeling and initial testing of a nano-scale biosensor for the detection of cancer cell-derived nanoparticles. This work is part of a collaboration between NE (with Dilu Mathew) and Pepijn Beekman from Wageningen University.
