The registration fee for the MFHS2026 conference is now open. The registration fee includes:

Program material
Access to the conference location
Access to MESA+ conference + networking dinner on Monday
Dinner Party on Tuesday evening
Lunches on Tuesday and Wednesday
Refreshment/coffee breaks
A 20% non-refundable cancellation fee

The hotel room is not included in the fee and needs to be arranged personally. Please see our recommended hotels.

MESA+ is organising a LabTour at UT nanolab on Wedenesday afternoon. Please let us know at registration if you want to join the LabTour.

The LabTour will take place after the official MFHS part, Wednesday afternoon.
There will be a limited number of participants: max. 30 people

costs, Refunds and cancellation

The registration fee for the MFHS2026 conference is €550,-. But there is an Early Bird registration fee if you register before 31 July 2026. The Early Bird registration fee is €450,-.

A €110,- fee will be charged in case of cancellation. All requests for refunds must be made in writing to mfhs2026@utwente.nl, no later than 1 September 2026. No refunds will be made after this date. Refunds will also not be granted for abstracts not accepted for presentation.

Student ticket	€ 200,-	Admittance to the conference for two days, without dinner and social event on Tuesday. Request the student discount code at MFHS2026@utwente.nl
1-day ticket	€ 200,-	Admittance to the conference for one day, withour dinner and social event
Guest ticket	€ 100,-	Invite your partner for dinner and social event on Tuesday
Cancellation fee	€ 110,-	If cancelled before 1 September 2026. No refunds after this date.

How to Register

You can register and pay for the MFHS2026 conference online via our secure system. Payment can be done by Credit Card or via iDeal. All payments and registration will be done online. There will be no cash payments possible at the conference.

Payment and invoice administration is taken care of by Delft Congress Support B.V. This is the company name on the invoice and on the bank statement. Your registration receipt will be e-mailed as an attachment to the e-mail confirming your registration once your payment has been processed.

First buy your own ticket: Fill in the form and choose your ticket.
Before paying, click : "Submit and add extra person"

Photo policy

During MFHS2026, pictures and videos might be taken. These can be used in promotion for next edition, evaluation documents or be posted on social media. Your consent will be requested in the registration form.
