Changes in grace period for UT accounts after end of employmentAfter the end of employment, former employees temporarily retain access to certain ICT facilities (such as email, M:-drive, and Microsoft 365 online license). During this grace period, you can finalise ongoing projects or contribute to the handover to colleagues. Starting 10 March 2025, the grace period for all former employees will be limited to one (1) month. This change aims to reduce the cost of maintaining unused accounts over long periods and mitigate potential security risks.
