Well done! You have decided to do your assignment within the DACS group.
To arrange your account for the lab the secretariat needs information.
Please, fill out the registration form and a description of your assignment
Allow us to point out the following for Master assignments:
- EL students: Please take into account that your committee consists of 1 professor, 1 EE staff member and a 3rd member up to a maximum of 5 members.
Furthermore, an external Masterstudent needs to fill out two other forms: 'regeling extern formulier' and a list of courses 'studiepakket EL'. Please contact r.w.brink [at] utwente.nl, phone: 2771). - BIT, INF and TEL students should have at least 2 staff members in their committee:
BIT students: 1 BBT and 1 INF staff member
INF students: 2 INF staff members
TEL students: 1 INF staff member - The costs of printing copies of your thesis are partly covered by DACS. DACS pays 9 euro maximum per copy (including binding, only black and white pages).
- Please send an electronic version of your thesis, five working days before your final presentation to DACS secretariat.
- At the DACS secretariat you have to pick up a credit note before you pick up the copies. Copies that are not printed at Quick Service Point (Zilverling) will not be covered.
You are allowed to have a copy for yourself, your committee members and the BOZ.
Allow us to point out the following for Bachelor assignments:
- First of all, the DACS secretariat needs an electronic version of your assignment to put it on the website of DACS.
- If your supervisor requires a hardcopy you may receive a limited reimbursement for printing.
Copies that are not printed in the Quick Service Point (Zilverling) cannot be covered.
You may print 1 copy for each supervisor and 1 for yourself with a maximum of 6 euro per copy.
