The project aims to look at different aspects of the progression of OA from genetics all the way to multimodal signals. This multidisciplinary approach is expected to result in better understanding of the disease and in turn better management using personalized feedback. It involves a very large cohort study at the Erasmus MC from which the different workpackages investigate their specific interest.
