Development of sensor technology to monitor oxygen uptake and availability in the fish during production, via measurement of opercular beats and/or hart rate, and/or the concentration of oxygen, iron and/or haemoglobin in the blood.

The development of innovations to grow fish in a sustainable and responsible manner, and to implement the technology in a wide array of production systems, including the large scale sea cage industry of Europe’s main species (salmon, seabream, seabass).
