Controlled Blood Dilution for Lab-on-a-Chip Diagnostics

Accurate dilution of blood samples is essential for many diagnostic and analytical measurements. Conventional methods often require multiple manual pipetting steps that introduce variability. In this project, we will design and use a microfluidic chip that precisely controls fluid flow to generate reproducible blood dilutions. You will design and manufacture the device, characterize the dilution performance of the chip and evaluate its accuracy under different operating conditions.
Suitable for Bachelor and Master projects.
