There are methods to calculate the price of an artwork, this has to do with size of the work and fame of the artist, very little with the real afford and energy artists put in their work.
In this project, Elze and Mari quantify the energy they spend while making their art. Using smartphone applications and paying attention to their own sensation whilst making! Are there influences of the weather or if they slept well noticeable in the artworks? The artworks as well as the artists findings will be part of this exhibition.
The opening in presence of Elze van den Akker and Mari Girkelidse will take place on Thursday 13 February at 16.30.
