Every year the Dutch National Student Orchestra (NSO) unites approximately 100 students from all over the country. The NSO guarantees lively and high-quality performances. The program of 2017, the 65th edition consists of: Johan Strauss Jr – Freut euch des Lebens, Toru Takemitsu – Far Calls. Coming, Far! and Gustav Mahler – Symfonie nr. 9.
With conductor Jurjen Hempel and solist Mathieu van Bellen.
