MOROCCAN COOKING WORKSHOP LAILA'S COOKING CLASS

In the mood for an evening out and learn to cook Moroccan food? Then you have come to the right place at Laila's cooking class in the Twentse food hall. Get to know exotic, aromatic Moroccan cuisine in all its diversity. Under Laila's guidance, participants will be taken on a unique cooking experience. The combination of specific spices and herbs that is so unique to Moroccan cuisine will tickle all your senses. You do not need to have any cooking knowledge. Recipes are fully written out. In an ambience of relaxation and coziness, you will cook together and while enjoying a drink listening to Arabic sounds in the background.

All dishes (8-courses on average) and drinks are included. You can expect the following dishes, among others: couscous with 7-vegetables, veal tagine with prunes and apricots, chicken pastilla with almonds, sea food pastilla, grilled chicken from the oven with olives and fresh chips, salmon casserole, shakshuka with veal mince. Served of course with fresh salads, including the falafel salad. Oriental bread cannot be missed, of course.

So, something for everyone. All dishes are served at the same time to create a buffet table. The nice thing is that you can enjoy each other's dishes.

This course is only for employees and students with a valid Union/Campus card.
