In this course participants will acquire knowledge of using Dutch in their work environment. As you may have noticed, Dutch colleagues have a rather informal way of communicating with each other. They also use different standard phases, depending on the situation, work relationship, company culture and even Dutch region.
Dutch for daily work situations, you learn how to:
- request, propose and introduce something,
- turn something down, apologize
- give positive and negative feedback,
- how to respond correctly in certain social situations.

Please note that this course will extend your knowledge on B1 level. In case you wish to reach level B2, sign up for Professional Dutch.
Attendance at every lesson is essential. The course consists of nine lessons of two hours each, with one session per week. Homework is expected to take approximately three hours per lesson.
