It may happen that you are faced with a situation in which two exams are scheduled at the same day/time. If rescheduling one of the exams or participating in a re-sit is not an option, you can take both exams in succession with a short break in between (so called double exam). This is only possible for two written exams, not for an oral an a written exam. The procedure is as follows:
- Send a mail to examoffice-ET@utwente.nl and mention: your name, student number, the name of your study adviser, the date and time of the exams, the names and codes of the subjects and your request to sit both exams one after the other. You can apply for a ‘double exam’ until two weeks before the exams take place.
- The Exam Office forwards your request to your study adviser to ask for permission. The study adviser usually grants permission.
- The Exam Office informs you about where and when you are expected to take the ‘double exam’.
