Can I book a session outside of the 3-2 weeks before quartile begin? Absolutely! The only difference is that the e-Learning team will allocate more time to this type of support requests before the beginning of each quartile.

Is this going to be one of those lengthy and abstract consultations...? NO. The aim of each session is to work on a concrete project of your choice. In the time allocated for the session, you can expect at least to come up with a concrete idea with the e-Learning Specialist. If you need us to develop / implement your idea beyond the time of your individual session, we will do it for you, as long as the time available for the development is sufficient (i.e., you contact us early enough for the scope of your project).

Registration Process
1. Fill out the registration form with your information.
2. Select the desired session date from the available options.
3. Provide a brief description of your current teaching context and your specific goals or challenges related to integrating digital tools into your teaching/courses.
4. Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email from the e-learning specialist with further details about the session, including the location (Teams or on campus), and any required pre-session materials or information.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your registration, please notify at least 2 working days in advance to allow rearrangement of schedules.
