Technology? I am studying psychology! A survey study on how psychology students view technology and how they would like to integrate it into their future work.

Type of research (qualitative empirical, quantitative empirical, mixed-method): a quantitative survey study among psychology students   

Description: Through advances in e-mental health technology, the work role of future mental health professional is changing. In your study you will examine the perception of technology among students in mental health and to what extent they would like to use technology in their future job. For example, do they think technology can facilitate compassion? Or do they feel technology decreases the autonomy in their work?

In this research you will conduct an online questionnaire among students in the mental health field to get an insight into the different views on technology among health professionals. You will measure their views on technology and can include your variables of interest to the survey.

With this tool we can help students to get more insight into what characterizes them as professionals, and what role they would like technology to play in their future career.
