E-learning at Incass gmbh

This internship assignment is provided by Inccas GmbH, an e-learning consultancy focusing on learning management systems (primarily Moodle), the development of digital learning content, and pedagogical consulting. Many projects are carried out in an international and intercultural context, often in cooperation with organizations active in global development and international cooperation.
The internship enables students to apply academic knowledge in a real professional setting. Students gain practical experience in digital education, instructional design, and learning platform management while contributing to ongoing client projects.
METHOD
Depending on their academic background and interests, students will be involved in a range of practical tasks, including:
• Administrative support within a large Moodle-based learning platform
• Participation in the design and creation of new e-learning courses, applying pedagogical and didactic concepts
• Testing and reviewing courses to ensure functionality, usability, and learning quality
• Creating instructions, guides, and documentation for users and administrators
• Conducting a small independent project aligned with the student’s field of study
The internship is coordinated by a designated supervisor at Inccas GmbH, who supports onboarding into the relevant platforms and tools. The team works fully remotely, with regular team meetings and one-to-one coordination meetings. Working hours are flexible and arranged in mutual agreement.
As most current projects are conducted in German, the internship is currently offered to German-speaking students only.
