As a brand-new EP-master student, you are probably familiar with the fact that this master is a small one. The low number of students starting the master each semester has its benefits, as teachers have more time to spend per student and possibilities arise for students to get in contact with each other relatively easy. However, intra-cohort communication remains low and could have add benefits for all students participating in the master. Therefore, this internship focuses on improving (feelings of) coherence within the EP master track by organizing team building activities and/or designing a shared digital space (e.g., Canvas).
METHOD
As part of this internship you will gather information from fellow EP-students (and possibly alumni) to learn about their needs, preferences, and wishes concerning team building activities and environments to support their feelings of coherence. Based on these findings, you will design/develop/organize activities and a complementary digital platform (preferably on Canvas).
