Join the kick-off event!
With the accelerating developments in and penetration of smartphones and wearable sensing technologies, researchers are increasingly able to collect and analyse Intensive Longitudinal Data (ILD). ILD potentially allows researchers to study people’s thoughts, feelings, behaviours and activities, and physiology as they occur in real daily life. However, as comparted to traditional repeated measures settings they also often bring along new methodological and analytical challenges.
We would like to invite researchers interested in using – or already working with - ILD in their studies to join our community. The idea is to have regular meetings (e.g. once a month) and to create an environment where researchers can be updated on relevant developments in the field, share their experiences, collaborate on projects, and receive feedback from peers.
The first meeting will take place on campus on Tuesday 6 June at 15:30h in Ravelijn room RA1444.
In the kick-off meeting you will get an overview of what the field encompasses and we’ll explore potential topics for the coming months. There will be ample opportunity for networking and we’ll discuss how the ILD community can become what you would want it to be.
We look forward to seeing you all at the first meeting!
