Data Science Week 06-13 March 2023

The BDSi Data Science week will be back in spring 2023! Keep an eye on the event's website for more updates and detailed information.  

What does the DATA SCIENCE WEEK involve? 

Over the course of one week, you will compete with other teams of scientists working with data to solve a real data science case. 

The BDSi staff will organize several seminars and workshops throughout the week to introduce the various steps involved in data science.  

Workshops such as:

• Data Wrangling 
• Data Visualization  
• Machine Learning  

And you don’t have to do this on your own, there will be coaches available to guide you when you run into problems. 

Our goal with Data Science week is to introduce interested students and staff to data science in a fun and cooperative way, helping create a community of data scientists at UT.
