ECIU Leadership Development Programme (LDP)
CHEPS has offered this annual programme for the European Consortium of Innovative Universities (ECIU) since 2003. The seminars are hosted every year by three different ECIU universities. The main objective of the programme offered to 20 participants drawn from the ECIU member universities is to contribute to leadership development at the participating ECIU universities by providing a structured peer learning experience for a group of selected leaders/potential leaders. The programme is structured around strategic projects defined by a member of the executive team of each of the three host institutions. The project work is complemented by highly interactive sessions on higher education policy and management, leadership, change management and personal development, as well as a simulation game on strategic university development. Specialist consultants provide the personal development components.
