Information for student members
As a student member you are entitled to a fee for participation in the OLC meetings and may charge €54 per meeting. You can only charge for a meeting where you were present. You do not get paid by UT-FLEX. The fee will be paid through a declaration form and must be signed by the chair of the programme committee and yourself. In order to verify that you can charge the costs, the secretary department may ask for the minutes of the meeting to be added.
The declaration form period has been extended from 3 months to 6 months, but the advice is to do this as soon as possible after the meeting.

- The minutes secretary can contact Roos Breukers-van der Haar for their payment.
