TARGETED HANDLING OF UNCERTAINTIES IN A VUCA WORLD. THAT REQUIRES THE DEVELOPMENT OF PERSONAL RISK LEADERSHIP
Effectively and cost-efficiently dealing with VUCA issues requires new perspectives in the field of risk management. Resilience, dialogue, and adaptability are essential in this regard. Developing risk leadership in organizations offers such a new perspective. This begins with the development of your personal risk leadership.
Therefore, the Professional Learning Development Center offers a two-day risk management course for executives, managers, and consultants in the business and (semi-)public sector who are seeking refreshing and state-of-the-art knowledge and inspiration.
In this course, participants will explore the why, what, and how of risk leadership. This is done through a combination of theory and practice, with plenty of interaction and numerous case exercises. Special attention is also given to conducting a meaningful risk dialogue in daily practice. This is achieved by collectively exploring and relating the skills of risk-based work to the daily practices of the participants. Answering reflective questions in groups ensures a practical and valuable translation to your own situation.
