Brief description of the assignment
Tinnitus Hub is a global non-profit organisation representing the interests of tinnitus sufferers, run by volunteers with tinnitus. We manage the online community Tinnitus Talk (about 40k registered users), create the Tinnitus Talk Podcast (20-100k listens per episode), and collaborate with various academic partners on tinnitus research projects. We also collect data to drive tinnitus research forward.
Possible tasks for this internship could include:
- writing blog articles about tinnitus research
- creating social media posts
- creating self-help materials, e.g. infographics
- creating educational materials about tinnitus
- conducting analysis of survey data and writing up reports
- supporting podcast creation (preparation, editing, transcription)
Definitely the above can be tailored to the individual's skills and interests.
We offer an opportunity for an English-based, 100% online internship. We expect students to be interested in community engagement and helping us increase our global reach even further
