The UT is offering for the third time the opportunity to work on your career with the help of a mentor. A mentor is a professor or associate professor who is willing to support you in questions you have concerning strategies and actions in your career. The evaluation of the first round shows that 89% of the mentees who started two years ago indicate that the mentoring helped them to take significant steps in their career. The mentors also were positive: they rated the whole trajectory with an 7,8. This also shows in the fact that at the moment we have more mentors then mentees applying.
