I am born in Enschede, the Netherlands, in 1996, and started with my current study ‘Crime Science’ at Saxion Hogeschool Enschede in 2013, and I am in my 4th and final year. My interests are the biology and the forensic side of the study. My graduation assignment is consistent with my interests, which is to test a new material for sample collection at a crime scene. This has to be done in a comparable way as the swabs to define the characteristics of the material. This assignment will be performed for the research chair ‘Mesoscale Chemistry Systems’, and my supervisor is Brigitte Bruijns.
