Wim De Malsche graduated at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel in 2004 and achieved a Master of Science degree in Bioengineering. Currently he is working on a PhD thesis in the facilities of both the VUB (Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Belgium) and the MESA+ Institute for Nanotechnology in Enschede (The Netherlands) under the supervision of prof. Gert Desmet (VUB) and prof. Han Gardeniers (MESA+).
