In 2012 I started my bachelor at the HAN University of Applied Sciences in Analytical Chemistry. There I focused with my internship and thesis on developing analytical methods for protein identification using shotgun proteomics. In 2016, I obtained my bachelor’s degree and decided to start a master Chemical Engineering at the University of Twente where I am currently following the track Molecules and Materials Engineering. After following multiple crossover courses provided by Chemical and Biomedical Engineering, I came in contact with the research group DBE. With Bram Zoetebier, as supervisor, we will be working on encapsulating cells with a coating for bioprinting purposes.
