SCI-MAP: Mapping molecular variability of cell differentiation using a systems biology approach
SCI-MAP is designed to determine and understand key modifiable factors that direct and maintain iPSC differentiation into chondrogenic lineages. Using single cell RNA-, ATAC-, and bisulphite sequencing, we will generate dynamic in silico models that allow for prediction of modifiable factors that direct cell fate decisions of the iPSC population.
