Our elected board is composed of postdocs from across the University of Twente who are committed to supporting the community and shaping the network’s direction. Board members bring a range of experiences and perspectives, helping to represent the diverse needs of postdocs at UT. There are also old members of the board, acting as advisory members to support activities.
The board is actively advocating for postdoc needs to upper UT faculty and Deans, and provides leadership, organises activities, and works on initiatives related to career development, wellbeing, and community building.
The board has a meeting once a month, and a General Assembly once a year. Board members are elected on a yearly basis, with elections taking place every summer. This ensures continuity while also creating opportunities for new postdocs to get involved and contribute.
