Updated phone availability for Service Desk ICT (LISA)

We would like to inform you about a change in the phone availability of the Service Desk ICT. As of April 9, 2025, the new opening hours for phone support will be adjusted to 08:00 - 17:00 (previously 08:00 - 17:30).

By adjusting the closing time, we can better ensure the staffing of the Service Desk ICT, allowing us to consistently provide high-quality IT support.

Please note: The opening hours of the Service Desk ICT counter in the Citadel building will remain unchanged (08:30 - 17:00).
