In the company of women
Work relations between women can be intense and stimulating, but also the opposite.
Women are not always as supportive towards each other as it could be, or,
as women claim to be according to all their social competences.
Women criticize each other much harder than men, and, as they are criticized by men.
How to deal with this? What can we do about other women?
We consider this a very relevant point in the awareness development.
In the FFNT event we will watch a film "In the company of women" from Pat Heim on work relations of women, discuss the film, our experiences, and what we can do about it.
This event is combined and concluded with a network borrel from 16.30 till 17.30 hrs. in the Proffenbar.

FFNT aims to support the professional development of women in academia and to provide a network for sharing and exchanging experience. It develops workshops and lectures specially for women and also organises activities aimed at women jointly with PA&O (whose activities are otherwise gender neutral).
