Aim: This study intends to solve the problems with privacy and security in data exchange in the Dutch healthcare industry. The objective is to create a system that allows healthcare professionals to share private and securely sensitive medical data while adhering to data protection laws. The project will concentrate on the integration of steganography and/or watermarking and encryption techniques to conceal sensitive information in medical images or other cover media and enable secure transfer and storage of patient data.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of Dutch Healthcare systems and getting familiar with the relevant process of data sharing and GDPR.
- Understanding of privacy-preserving techniques
- Knowledge of Steganography and cryptography
- Programming skills like MATLAB, and Python for implementation
- Awareness of ethical considerations.
