Description:
The current challenge in society is dealing with cyber criminals and their changing behavior while planning attacks or any cybercrime. All of us are dealing with mainly this competition from cybercriminals. To understand their strategy or planning we should also have diverse backgrounds and people having varying experiences and cultures to envision and understand the attacker's behavior and approaches. The project aims to understand and evaluate the opportunities and challenges of DE&I for cyber security. How DE&I can be benefitted to cyber security organizations to understand the perspective of attackers by reviewing the existing literature? The researcher is also expected to recommend new ways of enhancing DE&I in cyber security by finding the important key features and presenting the statistical analysis.
