Xingyu Liu
This STW-funded project, part of MEMPHIS-Platform, is dedicated to the development of technology that enables the integration of optical functions in Si, with, as ultimate goal, the realization of CMOS-compatible process modules. The devices under study are novel photodiodes and light-emitting diodes employing the recently developed PureB technology.
