Under the banner of ECIU University (to which the UT belongs) our partner, the University of Stavanger (Norway) offers the interesting challenge Empathy, Compassion and Meaning for PhD students from all fields, as well as staff holding a PhD.
The study format of the course is blended. Participants are invited a full week on campus at University of Stavanger from 25-29 August.
The transdisciplinary course is offered by Stavanger in the believe that universities are not only to prepare doctoral candidates on how to do research, but to prepare scholars to do research that is implemented in ways that helps others and contributes to the better good in the world, and in accordance to the UN Sustainability goals.
