Are you passionate about leadership, innovation, and shaping the next generation of changemakers? ECIU University is looking for 3 motivated teachers/workshop facilitators to join the ECIU University Student Leadership Development Programme, hosted by Lodz University of Technology on December 1-5, 2025.

This exciting opportunity brings together Student Ambassadors from across ECIU University member universities, and we need your expertise to guide and inspire them. We are specifically seeking staff with expertise in: Design Thinking, Leadership, Intercultural Communication, Pitching/Entrepreneurship.

As a Teamcher, you’ll be expected to:

Deliver a dynamic 2–3 hour workshop in your area of expertise
Engage students through interactive, participatory methods
Offer mentorship and support throughout the 5-day programme
